This article outlines how to schedule and access an Item Attachment, Order and Option Report using the below two methods:

How to Schedule an Item Attachment, Order and Option Report via Email from SchoolCash
The Item Attachment, Order, and Option Reports can be scheduled to automatically generate daily using the Saved Report and Subscribe feature in SchoolCash. This will allow users to receive the report directly to their email without having to generate it manually in SchoolCash.
Once the report is automatically generated, the recipient will receive an email notification with access to the report.
To set the schedule
- In the SchoolCash Catalog Reports dropdown menu, select Saved Reports.
- Once you’ve identified the report you’d like to have scheduled, press Subscribe.
- Enter your email address in the Recipients Email Address field. You can enter additional email addresses, each separated by a semi-colon.
- Choose the desired time (time is local time).
- Press Save.
To unsubscribe from a report
If you no longer require receiving the scheduled report daily, you can unsubscribe.
- On the Saved Report, select View.
- Select Unsubscribe.
If you would like to receive the report at a different time, you can change the time
- On the Saved Report, select View.
- Change the time to the new time.
- Press Save.
How to Access an Item Attachment, Order and Option Report via Email from SchoolCash
Once a report has been scheduled following the steps above, the recipient(s) will receive a daily email notification at the scheduled time with a link to access the report.
To access the report, click on the “Download Report” link within the email notification. For security purposes, recipient(s) will need to log into their SchoolCash account to complete the download and gain access to the report.
How to Access an Item Attachment, Order and Option Report via a secure location for a third-party system
Once reports have been scheduled following the steps above, these reports are also stored automatically in a secure location. The benefit of this is the reports can be set up to be accessed and picked up automatically by the District’s third-party system, without users needing to log into SchoolCash to download the report manually via the scheduled email notification.

This ensures that the report provides a complete overview of all purchases, including repeat or older transactions, not just recent additions. - How do I update the report delivery time?
Navigate to Saved Reports, click View, update the delivery time, and press Save. - Can I add multiple recipients for a report?
Yes, you can add multiple email addresses in the Recipients Email Address field, separated by semicolons. - What happens if I unsubscribe from a report?
You will no longer receive daily email notifications for the unsubscribed report. However, the report will remain accessible in the secure location for third-party system access.
