QUESTION:

Why do some students have duplicate attachments?


RESPONSE:

Check Manage Attachments in the SchoolCash Catalog. The student may have included when attaching the item using different ‘types’ of attachments.


PROCESS:

Steps to Use Manage Attachments:


From Main Menu > My School Store > SchoolCash Catalog
1. Click View Items
2. Select fee in question
3. Click Manage Attachments

4. Review attachments for student name

5. Can detach the student by 

    a. Click the student name 

    b. Select the arrow to move student name to detached column



Hint: If there is an * beside the name do not try to move that one, as the item was purchased under that attachment.
