Permission forms in SchoolCash Online allow parents or guardians to acknowledge and accept specific terms before completing a purchase or activity. Below is an example of what parents see when they encounter a permission form during the checkout process.

Adding a Permission Form

In the Extras section, select Add Permission Form. Provide an item name and any information you want parents or guardians to see. You may optionally include a checkbox for volunteers and any additional instructions.

Once the item is saved and made available online, parents see the new item in SchoolCash Online. Selecting the item or clicking View item shows the item details and permission form prompt.

Parents must check Agree and grant permission before proceeding with checkout.

If needed, parents can print a copy of the permission form and return it to the school. This is useful when a paper copy is also required.
