Recent enhancements to the SFO program may require some users to delete browsing history from their computer. Please follow the instructions below to complete this process:
QUICK TIP:
On your keyboard, you can hold down your Shift+Ctrl+Delete key and this will bring you directly to the Clear browsing data screen.
For Google Chrome browser:
Bring up your SFO LOGIN screen.
- Left-click the icon that looks like 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner of the internet browser window.
- 2. Slide down to "History",
- 3. Click History again.
The History Screen displays:
- Click Clear browsing data
- The Clear browsing data screen displays:
- Make sure the Time range is set to ALL TIME.
- Click Clear Data.
When the process is complete, you are returned to the Settings screen. Close the tabs and log into SFO normally.
For Safari browser:
- Bring up your SFO LOGIN Screen
- Click on the History tab at the top of your screen
- Click on Clear History at the bottom of the list
- After clicking Clear History you will see this box appear. Make sure you have “Also reset Top Sites” Checked
- Then Click Clear
After clearing your History, close Safari and re-open SFO Normally.
