How do you Edit an existing Receiptee’s information?
PROCESS:
From Datafiles > Receiptee
A Receiptee file is necessary to allow Receiptee data to be pulled into receipts automatically and to maintain receiptee history for reporting.
To Edit an existing Receiptee:
- Click on Datafiles > Receiptee.
- From the Receiptee List grid, scroll to find the desired receiptee.
- Select/highlight the Receiptee to edit.
- The Receiptee’s current information will display in the upper portion of the screen.
- Enter any changes at the top.
- Click the Update button.
