Give parents and guardians the choice of receiving SchoolCash Online (SCO) communications—such as new item alerts, reminders, and receipts—in their preferred language: English, French, or Spanish. This guide shows how to update email notifications in SCO, both on desktop and mobile.

At the top right of the SCO account, select My Account in the menu, then click Manage Email Notifications.

Updating Email Notifications: Mobile View

In the top left of the SCO account, tap the three-line menu and select My Account. Then tap Manage Email Notifications.

When Manage Email Notifications is selected, parents and guardians will see the Change Email Notifications page. Under Preferred Language for Emails, they can choose English, French, or Spanish (Español).

Clicking Change confirms the update. Parents or guardians can also select their preferred language when first setting up their SCO email account.
