QUESTION:
What are Account Print Groups and how do I create them?
RESPONSE:
- Account Print Groups are group identifiers used for reporting and tracking purposes.
- As you create the district-wide chart of accounts, you can assign an Account Print Group to each account. This setup is optional.
PROCESS:
From Admin > Account Print Groups
To create a new Account Print Group:
- Enter the Group ID – up to 6 characters and/or numbers to identify the print group.
- Enter the Description of the group.
- Check the District-Wide box if the group ID is to be made available for district-wide accounts.
- Click the Save New button.
To edit a saved group:
- Click on the group in the list
- Make the desired edits
- Click on the Update button.
