QUESTION: 

What are Account Print Groups and how do I create them? 

 

RESPONSE: 

  • Account Print Groups are group identifiers used for reporting and tracking purposes.   
  • As you create the district-wide chart of accounts, you can assign an Account Print Group to each account.  This setup is optional.  

 

PROCESS: 

From   Admin  > Account Print Groups

 


 

To create a new Account Print Group:  

  1. Enter the Group ID – up to 6 characters and/or numbers to identify the print group. 
  2. Enter the Description of the group.  
  3. Check the District-Wide box if the group ID is to be made available for district-wide accounts.  
  4. Click the Save New button.  

 

 

To edit a saved group:  

  1. Click on the group in the list
  2. Make the desired edits
  3. Click on the Update button.
