What report will show a list of posted Checks?
After checks have been printed and posted, a Check Register may be printed for documentation.
A check register can be printed by Date Range or by Check Number Range. A register can include or exclude voided checks.
PROCESS:
From Registers > Check
To create a Register by Date Range:
- Enter a Start Date and End Date.
- To Exclude Voided Checks within the date range - click the Exclude Voids box.
- To Include Voided Checks within the date range - do not click the Exclude Voids box.
- Click one of the Generate Report buttons.
- Generate Report A - Z will list checks in order from oldest to newest.
- Generate Report Z – A will list checks in order from newest to oldest.
To create a Register by Number Range:
- Click the radio button to select Number Range.
- Enter a Beginning Check Number and Ending Check Number.
- To Exclude Voided Checks within number range - click the Exclude Voids box.
- To Include Voided Checks within number range - do not click the Exclude Voids box.
- Click one of the Generate Report buttons.
- Generate Report A - Z will list checks in order from lowest number to highest number.
- Generate Report Z – A will list checks in order from highest number to lowest number.
