QUESTION:

What district permission settings are available under Other settings?

 

District Admins have some additional Miscellaneous Settings for user restrictions. 

The options on the District > Other Settings screen can be changed by a District Administrator at any time. 

 

PROCESS: 

From  Admin > District > Other Settings  

 



Once the desired options have been selected, click the SAVE button at the bottom of the screen.  

 

 

Post All Returned Checks to One Account:

  • Displays only one account at the school level for posting Returned Check journal entries.
  • Once selected, an additional field will display for entering the desired account number.
  • The complete account number must be entered.  

 

Require Category Selection on Journal Entries:

  • This option, if enabled, would require a Category Code to post when creating any Journal Entry.  


Enable Email Notifications:

  • This option works in conjuctions with PO Approval Process. If enabled, email notifications would be sent to approvers that are set up in Data Files >  PO Notification.
