District Admins can now open a school's closed bank reconciliation.
First, this feature must be enabled in the district. To do that, the district admin will submit an SFO Help Desk Ticket to [email protected] and, in the subject of the email, include "enable bank recon management". Once the email is received, it will be escalated to our database admin to enable this feature. Once enabled, the district admin will receive a confirmation email.
To use this feature, the district admin will go to Bank Recon > Reconciliation Manager.
Select the school in the School dropdown list
Once the school is selected, click the Open Recon button:
Confirm:
And the last bank reconcilition is now open:
NOTE: Only the last bank reconciliation can be opened with this feature. If more than one bank recon needs to be open, submit a ticket to [email protected]
