The April 2026 release of SchoolCash Accounting includes a series of product enhancements and fixes designed to improve functionality, reporting accuracy, and the overall user experience.


SchoolCash Accounting (SCA)

  • Added a 500-character length validation on the Ledger Inquiry and Reconciliation pages to now properly enforce description length limits and prevent errors when modifying transactions.
  •  Fixed an issue where the Supplier Maintenance page displayed an error when accessed by bookkeeper-level users with Board Supplier enabled. The page now loads correctly for all user roles.

SchoolCash Catalog (SCC)

  • Better accuracy when using either options to export the Item Order Report (Generate VS Export)
  • Improved Destiny Fee Import Configurations to now correctly map Sub Fee Types when based on older configurations created before Sub Fee Types were available.

SchoolCash Register (SCR)

  • Updated Student Balance Statement and Student Attachment Reports to now include outstanding items from previous school years.
  • Fixed an issue where completing payments on items without categories would cause an error. Payments now process successfully regardless of item category configuration.
  • Fixed an issue where duplicate student records could prevent receipt reprints in SchoolCash Register. Receipts now correctly match to the active student record, allowing reprints to generate as expected.
  • Removed the "Total" row from the Sales Activity Summary by Item section of the SCR Closeout report to improve clarity for cashiers when reconciling amounts collected.


SchoolCash Donations Module 

  • New Feature that controls whether the Message/Comments field is displayed to donors when submitting a donation through SchoolCash Online. If you want the "Message/Comments" field deactivated, please submit a support case.


SchoolCash Point of Sale (POS) - App 1.283

  • Revamped the POS view for items with options and choices to appear in list view and make configuration clearer and faster for users. 
  • Updated the View Items flow so that when no items are available, users are automatically returned to the “I Am Ready” page.
  • Adding variable price or items with Options and Choices items will now automatically update the total amount and quantity on the Selected Items screen.


Student Information System (SIS)

  • Improved course-level fee attachments during SIS scheduling imports to correctly handle student section changes, additions, and removals, ensuring students are not re-charged for already-paid items.
