If someone already has a SchoolCash Online account associated with an email address, they cannot use that same email to check out as a guest. A guest checkout requires a unique email address that has never been used to create a SchoolCash Online account.
Guest Checkout Requirements
If an existing account holder tries to continue as a guest using their already-registered email, they see a warning prompting them to sign in instead. However, they can use a different email address (one not linked to an SCO account) to complete the guest checkout.
Once an item is added to the cart, the purchaser can either Sign In or select Continue as guest if they are using a unique email address.
Account Exists Warning
If the purchaser selects Continue as guest and enters an email already registered with SchoolCash Online, the system displays a warning. They must sign in with their existing account instead.
