  • Best practice: To ensure the parent understands what they are paying for, each occurrence should be set up as a separate item.
  • Do not set this up as one item with options and choices. The parent would be confused if and when to pay.

The replacement item should also be a separate item.

  • Item #1 - Repair 1st Occurrence - $25
  • Item #2 - Repair 2nd Occurrence - $50
  • Item #3 - Device Replacement - $250
