Why does a $0 item show a payment method?

A payment method must be selected during checkout in both SchoolCash Register and SchoolCash Online—even if the item has no cost. Selecting a payment type triggers the system to confirm that the item has been claimed, which is why a method such as eCheck or Credit Card appears in the order report.
