Checks and envelopes purchased from KEV are guaranteed to fit in our window envelopes and print correctly because the margins are coded within the program.
The only adjustment that can be done for printing is within the browser's print dialog box. Here is an example of the print dialog box for the Chrome browser. The option you are looking for is called "Scale". The best setting for printing SFO checks is "Fit to Printable Area".
You may need to click on the drop-down arrow for "More Settings" to find the Scale option box.
Once the scale is set to "Fit to Printable Area" and a document is printed, the dialog box should keep this setting for future printing. It would be a good idea to double-check the setting before printing the next check or receipt.
The Microsoft Edge browser also has a print dialog box, and the setting you would choose in that browser is called "Fit".
Some users report success by exporting the check preview to a PDF format and using the print settings within Adobe Reader.
Another option is the Inkjet Printer, located under USER>MY PROFILE. Below is a screenshot of where this function is located. After activating the Inkjet Printer function (click the box and then UPDATE in the bottom left corner), alignment is moved ever so slightly.
