Notifications are processed for rejected SchoolCash Online payments.
NOTE: The SchoolCash Online purchases are not locked down and a banner doesn't appear for check payments recorded through the SchoolCash Register or Group Collection.

What should I do when I receive a notification of a rejected online payment?
RESPONSE:
KEV has already:
- notified the parent
- reattached the item
- marked it as 'Rejected'
The item is now available for repayment on SchoolCash Online.
Note
It is possible for the parent to come to the school. Payment is made through SchoolCash Register.
Payments accepted through SchoolCash Register are automatically updated on SchoolCash Online accounts.
