How can you review the posted Journal Entries?

 

PROCESS:

From JEs > Review JE’s

 

Review JE’s provides a detailed viewing of all posted Journal Entries.  

 

Click on the JE you would like to review and the information will be displayed at the top of the screen.

 

Search options are available to help you find JE’s quickly.

  • Click on the drop down arrow in the Show Me JE’s Where box to select either JE Number, Date, Amount or Reference to search by.

  • Enter the criteria you are searching for in the blank box to the right.

  • Click the Find button.  

  • You may also search by a specific JE Type by making a selection from the And JE Type drop down list.

  • The search results may be printed by clicking the Print Find Results button.
