QUESTION: 

What report will show the Sales Tax paid on checks?

 

RESPONSE: 

The Sales Tax Report provides the total, by county, of sales tax paid during a specified date range.  Once the report is generated, results can be exported to Excel for further sort options.    

 

NOTE:   This report is only for North Carolina (NC) schools. 

 

PROCESS: 

From    Reports > Vendor > 1099

 

When entering a New Check, the Sales Tax box must be completed for the sales tax paid amount to be included on this report.  

 

 

  1. Enter a Start Date and End Date. 
  2. Click the Generate Report button.
