Clover offers several methods for reaching live support, ensuring that users can get help quickly. Whether you're using a Clover device, the Clover Go mobile app, or your account dashboard, this guide outlines the steps to follow for each option.

Clover Device Support Guide

Clover agents are available to assist you when you're unable to resolve device-specific issues. There are several ways to reach live support.

Note: For your security, Clover asks for your Merchant ID (MID) or Tax Identification Number (TIN), so please have that information handy.

Ways to Contact Clover Support

  1. On a Clover device: Tap Help at the top right corner of the home screen and select one of the following options:
    • Call Support: This phone number is specific to your account. Please have your Merchant Identification (MID) number available when you call, so support can locate your account quickly.
    • Call Me: Click on Request a call from Support. Enter your reason for requesting support, then click Call Me. Customer Support receive your message with your name, phone number, the reason for your call, and your preferred language. You receive a call as soon as possible to assist you. The Call Me button changes to Incoming Call while waiting for a response.
    • Leave Feedback: Leave feedback or questions for Clover. If you need customer support, please call or email support instead of using this option.
  2. From a browser: Log in to your Clover account dashboard and select Help from the top menu to access support options.
  3. In the Clover Go mobile app: Open the menu and tap Help.
  4. On your statement: Find your direct support phone number on your statement.
