School Administrator Instructions
School Administrators can be assigned a username and password in SFO which would allow access for report viewing and printing for the school they are assigned. The username and password is assigned by the District Admin. The School Administrator has a Profile screen where an electronic signature can be added.
- School Admin logs into the SFO login screen by clicking on the URL they will receive via email. Once you get to the login screen, you may want to bookmark that URL for future use.
- Select the User, My Profile menu item on the main menu.
- An electronic signature can be created using the mouse to “sign” in the Electronic Signature box and clicking the Save button. The Clear button will clear out the Signature box, but will not delete a previously saved signature.
- School Admins have viewing privileges only for Checks, Receipts, JE’s and PO’s.
- Registers menu allows the School Administrator to run any register as needed. Registers are transactional listings that can be printed by date or number range and sorted in Ascending or Descending order.
- Reports menu will contain calculated information that can be printed within a date range or ending on a specific date.
- They can also view or reprint any previous Bank Reconciliation from the Bank Recon menu.
