OneRoster is a file-based upload where the board uploads the Student Information System(SIS) data in the OneRoster .CSV standard. With this new capability, both new districts coming onto the KEV platform and existing districts who are switching SIS providers will no longer have to spend hours customizing student information extracts to match formats needed by KEV.
SchoolCash supports OneRoster v.1.0, v.1.1, and v.1.2, and will use the following files to export data:
- orgs.csv
- courses.csv
- classes.csv
- users.csv
- enrollments.csv
- demographics.csv
