QUESTION: 

What report shows the Profit / Loss Detail for all event codes?  

 

The Profit/Loss Detail report is used to calculate the Profit/Loss of all Event Codes for the date range entered.  

 

PROCESS: 

From   Reports  > Event Code > Profit Loss 

The report may be run by Detail for All Event Codes, for a specific Event Code, or for a specific Sponsor.  

  • Enter the desired date range for the report 
  • Click the radio button for Detail - Run All.  
  • Click the Generate Report button. 

 

Profit / Loss reports include signature lines for the Principal and Preparer.  Check with your District Administrator for guidance on report signature requirements for your district.
