Overview

This article explains which report shows the Profit / Loss Summary for all event codes.


Use the Profit/Loss Detail report to calculate the profit or loss of all event codes for the date range entered.


Before you begin

  • Go to Reports > Event Code > Profit Loss.
  • The report may be run by Summary - Run All for all event codes or Detail - Run All for all event codes.
  • Profit / Loss reports include signature lines for the Principal and Preparer.


Run the report

  1. Go to Reports > Event Code > Profit Loss.
  2. Enter the desired Date Range for the report.
  3. Select the radio button for Summary - Run All.
  4. Select Generate Report.

Additional notes

  • The report may be run by Summary - Run All for all event codes or Detail - Run All for all event codes.
  • Check with your District Administrator for guidance on report signature requirements for your district.

Outcome

You can use the Profit / Loss Summary report to view summary profit and loss information for all event codes within the date range entered.


Troubleshooting

  • You do not see the summary report for all event codes - Make sure you selected Summary - Run All.
  • The report does not include the dates you need - Check the Date Range entered before generating the report.
  • You are unsure which report to use - Go to Reports > Event Code > Profit Loss and run Summary - Run All.
  • You are unsure about signature requirements - Check with your District Administrator.
