QUESTION:

How do you attach a document to a Deposit? 

 

PROCESS: 

From  Registers > Deposits > Deposit Summary 

 

A single file can be attached to a Deposit.  All documents associated with the deposit should be scanned into a single file. The file should be no larger than 25 mb and the file name no longer than 40 characters.  

 

 

  1.  In the View Deposit Detail box, enter the deposit ID for the deposit that requires the attachment. 
  2. Click the Generate Report button. 
  3. The Document Attachment box will become visible on the screen. 
  4. Click the Select button and browse to the saved document. 
  5. Once the document is selected, click the Upload button. 
  6. A paper clip icon will display with the Deposit ID to indicate an attachment. 
  7. Click on the paper clip icon when you need to download the attachment. 

 

 

To Delete an attached document:  

  1. In the View Deposit Detail box, enter the deposit ID for the deposit that has the attachment. 
  2. Click the Generate Report button. 
  3. The Document Attachment box will become visible on the screen. 
  4. Click the Delete button.  
  5. Click Ok to confirm that you want to delete the document. 
  6. The document is removed from the deposit ID.
