How do you attach a document to a Deposit?
PROCESS:
From Registers > Deposits > Deposit Summary
A single file can be attached to a Deposit. All documents associated with the deposit should be scanned into a single file. The file should be no larger than 25 mb and the file name no longer than 40 characters.
- In the View Deposit Detail box, enter the deposit ID for the deposit that requires the attachment.
- Click the Generate Report button.
- The Document Attachment box will become visible on the screen.
- Click the Select button and browse to the saved document.
- Once the document is selected, click the Upload button.
- A paper clip icon will display with the Deposit ID to indicate an attachment.
- Click on the paper clip icon when you need to download the attachment.
To Delete an attached document:
- In the View Deposit Detail box, enter the deposit ID for the deposit that has the attachment.
- Click the Generate Report button.
- The Document Attachment box will become visible on the screen.
- Click the Delete button.
- Click Ok to confirm that you want to delete the document.
- The document is removed from the deposit ID.
