QUESTION: 

What report will show the receipt history for a Receiptee? 

 

RESPONSE: 

The Receiptee History Report is a chronological listing, for the date range entered, of all receipts written to a specified Receiptee.      

 

PROCESS: 

From   Reports > Receiptee > Receiptee History

 

Note:  Receiptees must be saved in DataFiles > Receiptee to be included on this report.  

 

 

  1. Enter a Start Date and End Date
  2. Select a Receiptee from the Receiptee drop-down list or leave as ALL to run a report for all active receiptees.  
  3. Click either the A-Z or Z-A button. 
    • A – Z will list the receiptees in ascending alphabetical order. 
    • Z – A will list the receiptees in descending alphabetical order. 
  4. After generating the Receiptee History report, an Export Report button is available to export the receiptee information to a CSV file format.
