QUESTION: 

How do you delete an unposted receipt? 

 

PROCESS: 

From Receipts > New Receipt 

 

Any saved receipts that are listed in the Unposted Receipt Register in the lower part of the New Receipt screen may be deleted before they are printed and/or posted. 


 

  1.  Click with the mouse to select/highlight the desired Receipt to delete. 
  2. The previously saved receipt information will display in the upper portion of the screen. 
  3. Click the Delete button. 
  4. A message will display to confirm that the receipt should be deleted. 
  5. Clicking OK will delete the receipt from the unposted receipt register.
